About Thonburiswagen
Thonburiswagen is a recurring Volkswagen night meet that brings together VW owners from across Thailand for a relaxed, camping-style gathering. Expect a strong lineup of classic air-cooled models, newer Beetles, VW vans, Golfs, and a wide variety of custom builds.
Guests are encouraged to bring chairs, lanterns, or small camping gear to add to the laid-back atmosphere. The venue sits near Foodland (open 24 hours) and nearby barbecue restaurants, making it easy to hang out late into the night.
The meet typically runs from 7pm to midnight with free entry. It has been running since at least 2024 (Vol. 6+ confirmed) and continues to grow as a staple of Thailand's VW community.
