Under Up Thailand
Under Up Thailand is one of the biggest modified car festivals in the country. Organized by Connection Thailand, it brings together hundreds of custom builds for a multi-day event featuring car competitions, drifting, drag racing, live music, and fireworks.
The event has been held at venues including Pathumthani Speedway, giving it access to both a track for motorsport activities and open space for static car displays. Under Up Thailand is the flagship event in the Connection Thailand portfolio.
What Cars Are at Under Up Thailand?
Under Up Thailand features an enormous range of modified vehicles. JDM builds, European performance cars, Thai-market trucks and sedans with extensive modifications, widebody kits, air suspension setups, and engine swaps are all represented. The event draws some of the most extreme builds in Thailand.
The competition categories cover every style of modification. Builders travel from across the country to compete, and the awards carry significant prestige in the Thai tuning community. If you enjoy shows like Bangkok Auto Salon and XO Autosport, Under Up Thailand has a similar energy but with a rawer, more festival-like atmosphere.
What Happens at Under Up Thailand?
Under Up Thailand goes beyond a static car show. The event features live drifting exhibitions on track, drag racing sessions, and performance demonstrations. There is also live music with well-known Thai artists, food vendors, merchandise stalls, and a fireworks display to close out the event.
The combination of motorsport, car culture, and entertainment makes it feel more like a festival than a traditional car show. The energy level is high, and the crowds are large.
Where Is Under Up Thailand Held?
Under Up Thailand has been held at Pathumthani Speedway, about 50 minutes north of central Bangkok. The speedway provides track access for drifting and drag racing, plus large open areas for static displays and vendor setups.
The venue is accessible by car. Parking is available on site but fills up quickly on event days. Arriving early is recommended, especially on the main day.
