IMPACT Speed Classic

IMPACT Speed Classic is Bangkok's premier classic and vintage car exhibition. It is held annually at IMPACT Challenger in Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi. The event brings together rare collectibles, concours restorations, and custom builds from private collections across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Originally known as Impact Speed Fest, the show has evolved into a dedicated celebration of automotive history. It is one of the few events in Thailand focused specifically on classic and vintage cars.

What Cars Show Up at IMPACT Speed Classic?

IMPACT Speed Classic draws an impressive range of vehicles. Classic European sports cars, American muscle, Japanese nostalgic icons, and rare Thai market models all share the exhibition floor. Owners put serious effort into their presentations, and the standard of restoration is high.

You will also see classic Porsches, including air-cooled 964s and 993s, alongside vintage Mercedes, Jaguars, and Alfa Romeos. For anyone interested in air-cooled cars, this is one of the best places in Bangkok to see them gathered in one space.

Private collectors who rarely display their cars publicly bring them out for Speed Classic. The show has earned a reputation as the place to see vehicles that spend most of the year behind closed doors. Some of the rarest cars in Thailand have made their public debut here.

What Is the IMPACT Speed Classic Experience Like?

Beyond the static car displays, IMPACT Speed Classic features supercars, drift demonstrations, and motorsport displays. Live entertainment, music, food vendors, and scale model exhibitions round out the day.

The event attracts a mix of serious collectors and casual fans. The atmosphere is more relaxed than a typical car show because the focus is on appreciation rather than competition. It is a good event for families and for anyone who enjoys seeing automotive history up close.

The exhibition halls at IMPACT are fully air conditioned, which makes a big difference during Thailand's hot season. You can spend several hours walking the displays without the heat wearing you down. The indoor setting also means the show runs regardless of weather.

When Is IMPACT Speed Classic?

IMPACT Speed Classic typically runs in July, often alongside or near the Impact Speed Fest motorsport event. The two shows share the same organizers and venue but have different focuses: Speed Classic is vintage and collector cars, Speed Fest is modern motorsport.

Tickets and exact dates are announced on the @impact_speed_fest Instagram account. General admission is typically affordable, and the show is popular with both serious collectors and casual visitors looking for a unique day out in Bangkok.

How Do I Get to IMPACT Speed Classic?

IMPACT Muang Thong Thani is in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, about 30 minutes north of central Bangkok. The Pink Line monorail connects to the complex. Parking is available on site but fills up on weekends.

If you enjoy classic cars, also check out Das Treffen for vintage Porsches or Rising Sunday for a grassroots cars and coffee vibe. For the full schedule, browse the Thailand car events calendar.
